I had my pool installed in June 2013 and from the day I inquired about getting it, through the installation and right up until today, I have received excellent service from the salesman as well as their staff. Everyone is very friendly and helpful and I would not hesitate for a second to recommend Mermaid to family & friends. As a matter of fact, I already have. Looking forward to dealing with them through the life of my pool.
