Although Turnbull's price was slightly higher, Steve offered me an upgrade and a better quality roof shingle which eventually earned him the project. I watched the Turnbull team replace my neighbour's roof last year and I was impressed with their workmanship. The office team and site crew were very professional. Due to the unpredictable weather we've had, the office team provided me with advanced notification of my roofing schedule. Once the crew arrived on-site, Foreman Mark and his crew were very professional and they worked diligently to complete the work before the rain. Once the project was completed, Mark came by the house to deliver the roofing warranty documents and invited me to view his workmanship. I then received a follow-up call from Steve to obtain feedback and ensure that I was satisfied with the work. Case closed.....happy customer.
