We changed our minds to work with this company just a short 2 weeks after our initial meeting. We gave a total of $65,000 to cover deposit and costs thinking we had invested in our future with professionals. After having a second designer look at the K&B sketches there were many issues which is why we withdrew. K&B advertises should the customer want to cancel, full refund minus the work done to date will be returned. Cancelling alone took 14 days for Narges to LISTEN to us. They still have our $65k after offering a generous $5k for the work they did do, maybe 10 hours in total. They have used stall tactics and games. We have had to seek legal counsel. Has anyone else had this experience??

Thank you for your feedback. We always strive to provide the best services, and it’s unfortunate that you perceived your experience this way.
To clarify, we have fully adhered to the terms of the signed contract and fair business practices. The contract clearly states that if the customer decides to cancel after receiving the plans and designs, the initial 10% deposit is non-refundable. This deposit covers the time and effort spent on preparing these plans, which are now the customer’s property.
We have already prepared the remaining balance of your deposit for you to collect. However, you have declined to accept the refund under the agreed cancellation terms.
We remain committed to resolving this matter amicably and are open to discussing it further with you or your representative to find a solution.
