boiler replacement and Maintenance
Milani did our strata building's replacement of the boiler. Did an awesome job especially with Patrick's attention to detail when it comes to the scheduled maintenance. Highly recommend!
The company was called to remove and replace a zone valve. The plumber who showed up didn't bring the part instead did something else and claimed he fixed the heating issue. The owners of the unit still complained so we called them back to discover they didn't do what we asked them to do. Another plumber came and this time did the re/re and problem solved. Later we get a bill for 2 call outs over 700$ which was essentially double charged. We tried connecting with the management but they declined and made up a false narrative. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AS WE DO NOT RECOMMEND.
The company Wolverine painting came to our strata building for a 100,000 job that was botched. They took shortcuts, didn't know what they were doing, and covered it up hoping no one will notice. We are still dealing with deficiencies from this company's careless work. The owner Vahid doesn't seem to care at all and was super rude to our owners always passing the buck to Strata council and/or strata agent. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! Buyer beware. They will take the money and run away leaving you with chipped and flaking paint, mediocre work, and damage you'll discover only once they've left.
