We needed to replace 2 solenoid units for our kitchen touch faucets. We called Faucet Business and were told exactly which units we needed. We bought the units before contacting Plumber On Demand. Scheduling was very easy since it's all online. I was also able to verify over the phone that they did the kind of work that we needed since it's not plumbing strictly speaking. Their tech came at the appointed time and was friendly and polite. He worked quickly and completed the job at a reasonable time despite having 2 unexpected issues during the installation. Unfortunately, the company doesn't provide a warranty. But the work itself was great! We'll just have to wait a see what it holds.
