Max, a very rude guy but he shows it after he gets money. On appointment he will show that he is the best person out there but unfortunately won't recommend this company to anyone, he got advance $500 and didn't deliver the products as promised plus doesn't know what's customer service. Please don't do mistake to have this guy for any blinds or shutters. Already complained to BBB and also taking it further as he is not refunding my money back. Advice to all go by referral, my first mistake going without referral actually. I don't know about other reviews but this review is based on fact and I have all details and proofs so you can't ignore. Beware to use the right service else you would be in hot water like me, he wasted my so much time. His name is max and he disappoints you at the max.
