Their website reads you can buy off cuts and theyll be available within two business days. I waited three business days and tried to go and pick them up and they said they wouldnt be available for yet another day setting my project back. When I was finally allowed to pick up my product, the panels werent wrapped or bound or put on any wood they were just flimsy sitting on the end of a forklift. They were all random Lanks and were not uniform 8 feet as advertised. Multiple panels were cut, crooked, scratched, and dented all over their face and edges. I came with an 8 foot trailer because again as advertised they were supposed to be 8 feet in length. Some of them were 10 or 11 and some of them shorter than eight feet. I basically got shrug shoulders from the people on site and they just stated Thats what you get for off cuts I asked for them all to be cut to 8 feet to fit in my trailer, and a guy came out with a pair of tinsnips.. One would think they wouldve brought them back into the shop and used the industrial precision guillotine?!!! The secretary on the inside, when initially confirming my order was miserable and grumpy through the entire interaction. I will never buy Steel Tile product again, regardless of the minor cost savings.
