Very poorly run company. Ordered a couch from them on August 24th, emailed on September 9th with no response. Called on September 13th and after waiting for 40 minutes spoke with a women who said our couch was in stock and it was strange it hadn't been shipped yet. She said she would figure out whats going on and follow up via email that day. No email received, called back later that day and waited on hold for over 90 minutes until I was hung up on. Attempted to call back twice today, September 16th and hung up on after 2+ hours on hold. Sent messages on FB Messenger, to response. This company seems to have a huge track record of this with absolutely no interest in fixing their business practices. Very much regret ordering from them. Next step is Consumer complaints with BBB and consumer protection agencies.
