Ather Hasan came by for the annual service on both units. Firstly, he called ahead with an hour's notice, which was much appreciated. Secondly, he was on time and very professional from the moment he arrived. Most importantly, he was thorough, didn't try to tack on any "extras", and gave some good pointers on things I can do myself to help prolong the life of these expensive units. Top notch service!

Fantastic service! Most of the other places I called said they would be here in a week. With a pregnant wife in the hottest week of the summer, I just couldn't wait. Not sure why I didn't try these guys first. Their diagnosis guy was here within a couple hours and gave me several options for getting back up and running. Given that our units weren't brand new and not in great shape, we went with a full replacement. Installation crew was here at 9 am the next day. They were fast, courteous, extremely knowledgeable, offered tips for saving energy and improving efficiency, and more. We were back in a cool, comfortable house in less than 36 hrs. Fantastic! My only complaint is the guy who answered the phone. I almost called someone else, he was so bad. Glad I didn't, in the end.
