After purchasing an older home with an aging furnace - we had uit break down in the first year of ownership (and on the coldest day of winter, as always). Craig was very quick to provide a quote, and based off of pictures from my cell phone - was able to have a new unit installed next day! Having a problem with water in the basement due to plugged gutters, I contacted Gary from Century Aluminum for pricing based on cleaning, or replacing the gutters with ones that were screened. Gary was very helpful explaining in detail my options, and even came by to measure for an estimate on the same day I contacted him. Once we decided to replace the gutters, he ordered the required materials and installed them very quickly. When more information was needed for the installation, I was called to ensure that only what I wanted done was performed. The installation quality is superb, and the system performs perfectly. the best part is - no more water in the basement. I would recommend Century Aluminum to anyone! Thanks Gary!!
