Little star renovations was highly recommended to me. I was impressed in the beginning, however things changed along the way and this project did not end well. Perhaps it was more than they should have taken on at the time, as they often left my job to work at other projects. There were days that nobody was at my home, which left many people asking where they were, did they quit, did I fire them.....I could have had a brand new home built in the approx 7 months it took to do this renovation. When Little star left, the entire job was not completed as we originally discussed, they could not get out of here fast enough. My home looked horrible and things were damaged which they paid for and were not happy about. I was left to finish the project myself and I'm still working on it. Over the winter, I had some issues with water leaks and moisture problems. Little star came to have a look, decided it was not their problem and they were not interested in fixing them. I do not understand how they decided this, my entire front porch was removed and re-built by Little Star.......I have since had to take care of the issues myself. I am confident the issues are dealt with and the job is now done correctly. I am very disappointed with the owners lack of concern. To this day he has not come to look at the issues personally. Be cautious of the trades Little star hires, they told me, one person they work with is unreliable and he was......another company did a crappy job on the walkways and needed to be removed. This was a company Little star never used before and unfortunately Little star was not on-site to over see the quality of the job at the time, a very costly mistake. Many people comment on my renovation and how great it looks........A year later, I have it finally looking complete and that is certainly no thanks to Little Star renovations. Unfortunately I am only able to discuss my negative experience with Little Star Renovations at this point. If you hire these guys, make sure you get a commitment from them that they are working on your project until it is complete and make sure you hold back money to ensure the job is done right. I held back money purposely after I was was told by 5 different companies that my drain tile was incorrectly installed, eventually parts of that job was redone. I have no confidence in their work at this point. I wish I held back more money, perhaps I wouldn't find myself having to deal with leaks and moisture problems on my own. It has been my experience, they do not stand behind their work. I wish I could have written a different review, which is why I have put off writing one until now, I had hoped they would have changed their minds and done the right thing and fixed the problems. People need to know how badly this job turned out. Little Star Renovations could have and should have dealt with things differently. Totally unprofessional at this point.
