We are very pleased with the quality of service provided by the entire Mermaid team from Chris our salesperson to Dominique and her delivery and installation team, Willy and his servicing team and the various service providers. We encountered a few little bumps in the road however a true testimony of quality service is how a company and its people deal with those bumps. Needless to say Mermaid’s attention, personal involvement and follow-up when these issues arose are no doubt a major reason for their success. We would not hesitate recommending Mermaid for your pool.
