This company is shady with prices and I would strongly advise against using them. I called them because my kitchen sink had water slowly leaking out of the garburator and they are the company that does the maintenance in my condo building. The plumber was already scheduled to be in my building for a different leak in the lobby but said he could pop in at 8am to check my sink. After showing up over an hour late, he noticed that the issue was simply that my garburator lock was not in place so he twisted it and fixed it. This entire process took under 5 minutes and it was arguably not an actual leak. I later received an invoice for $200 which, at least to me, is completely unreasonable given the work required.
