We hired Richard to do our second floor after he did the first floor for us. We were very happy as usual. He was punctuate, professional, efficient and always with a smile. I wish all the contractors like him, such a worry free experience. Thanks, Richard for the good work. Sorry to give the review after the job was done quite a while ago.

Assisted Review

An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. I requested moving service from Zaid and he gave me a quote on the same day, the quote was very straightforward and very reasonably priced. Also because of so many happy customers' feedback, we decided on Zaid right away. On the day of moving, Zaid and Robert came on time and moved everything in a very professional and quick way. No furniture damaged. It has been a great pleasure working with them. I highly recommend the team and will definitely ask them again if we have any moves in the future.

Richard team is the best. We had a hard time finding a good crown molding in August 2013 when we needed to renovate our new bought house in Mill Pond, Richmond Hill . Richard saved the day. He was so professional right from the beginning, never late, no surprises. All the work is fast, efficient and wonderful. He finished the the whole project just in one day, made our life so much easier. The price is also very reasonable. We did the first floor for lack of time and will definitely ask him to do the second floor next year. We highly recommend him. He is also funny and very enjoyable to work with.
