We had a casement window that was not closing smoothly. Janine in Customer Care was very courteous and assisted in having one of the techs come out to rectify. Chris diagnosed and fixed the problem and was very polite and prompt. It is so refreshing to see a company doing warranty work in a timely and friendly manner. Highly recommend Lifestyle Home Products for their windows and their customer service. Cathy Ajax

I called at 9:00 and was promised between 3-5 pm the same day. Service Rep Zahar called prior to 3:00 to confirm and arrived promptly just after 3:00. He provided courteous, professional service and explained what he was going to do and followed it with an explanation of what to expect after the treatment. Affordable and highly recommended. Appreciated same day service.

Steve repaired our balcony pillar, corner concrete on our foundation and some other brick work. He did a terrific job. Very nice to deal with. Punctual and affordable. I would definitely call him again.
