I phoned this morning, dismayed that my one-year-old washing machine was not working. I made an appointment. I was reminded that my machine was maybe under warranty and that I should check that out. So I did, and my machine is under warranty, so WOW. Thank you for your suggestion and honesty. If I have a problem when it's not under warranty, I will call them for sure.
