After lots of research I decided to go with Chris's company for my simple renovation. What a mistake. They are basically a bunch of kids without proper training or experience. I paid extra to have the floor levelled for hardwood. They somehow made it worse than it was. The hardwood sinks 1/4" when you step in some places. They did a Frankenstein mess of the drywall, breaking all the corners and using hundreds of screws to hold the patchwork together. It took them 3 times longer then promised to mud the mess. Every time I talked to Chris there was another issue that needed more money. Lesson learned: always withhold 10% for 30 days after completion to have any deficiencies corrected.
