Disappointed with Overpriced, Low-quality Products. I had hired Altima for renovations at my home and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. While the company promised high-quality materials and expert craftsmanship, what I received was far from that. The cost of the renovation was exorbitant, far exceeding industry standards. Despite the high price, the products used were cheap and clearly not worth the premium charged. The materials for the kitchen cabinets and closets feel flimsy and look inexpensive. Its evident that corners were cut on quality, which is extremely frustrating considering the significant amount I paid. Initially, they provided what seemed like a competitive quote, which led me to hire them for my renovation project. However, as soon as the work started, they began increasing the price with numerous hidden charges that were never mentioned upfront. This kind of behavior feels incredibly unethical and unprofessional. Its clear they lure customers in with low quotes, only to exploit them once the project is underway. I found the entire experience stressful, and the constant cost escalations left me feeling deceived. I was expecting value for my investment but feel completely let down. The pricing and quality disparity made this an unpleasant experience, and I cannot recommend this company to anyone looking for durable, high-quality renovations. I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere for better value and service.
