I decided to hire Jayco as their estimate was the most competitive out of three that I had acquired. Additionally Jason was the most friendly and flexible when making arrangements for him to proceed with the initial inspection. Once the issue had been determined he coordinated directly with my tenant in a timely manner to have the repairs made. He was also happy to provide me some insight to an unrelated issue which was also much appreciated. I plan on using his services again should we have any need in the future, and would absolutely recommend him to friends and family.

I found Neil on Homestars and called him up for a quote. His pricing was very reasonable and he was able to work with our tight schedule and fit us in last minute. He was friendly and professional and answered all of our questions. We had some issues with the structure of the ceiling where the lighting was to be installed and he was able to provide us with a variety of different options that would be suitable considering the situation. The work itself was done well and in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend him and look forward to using him again in the future.
