Great Sales Rep, Great Installers. Called customer service to ask about the the "Free" rental period only to find out that the customer continues to pay previous supplier until Ontario Consumers decides to return your old tank (which could take the whole Free period or longer). Filled complaint with BBB for two reasons 1) If you are going to advertise a free rental period, it should commence once you are no longer being billed (ie. once the tank is dropped off and previous account closed) 2) the customer service rep I spoke with (Warren) told me he would add another free month in good faith to ensure I have a free month once tank is received by Direct Energy. Accepted his offer, called back, and found out it was a bogus offer to get me off the phone. Paying $3000 for a $800 tank, I would expect more in the way of customer service!
