We have been waiting for garage door and mechanism 3 months! It was orderd via Rona from this company in May, they measured and took the payment fast, and set the installation date July 5. No show, no contact, nothing. I called July 25, installation was promised on August 6. No show, no contact again. I called and the installation was set on September 11. Unbelivably poor customer service! Below any standards!
