Our kitchen/dinning room project turned out amazing. Louie was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. Louie listened to all requests and came up with very creative solutions and designs even when we were positive some of our requests were not possible due to the space we had to work with. Louie was very easy going when changes needed to be made and always provided feedback and options for design changes. There was a very minor problem with a cabinet and Louie corrected it immediately and ensured all was well. Excellent service and follow up service. The installation and quality of the cabinetry was superb. The installation staff was efficient, tidy and courteous. The cabinets are very high quality and look amazing. Louie provided a level of service and expertise that was very impressive. I will return to Bax for any custom cabinetry I need. Paul and Sebastian were asked to correct the installation of a floor that was originally installed by our general contractor. The job was complicated and they were unsure what they would find under the uneven and gaped boards. Paul and Sebastian were always upbeat and professional and extremely knowledgeable about the job. They put our minds at ease and worked very very hard to make the fix seamless! I would use them FIRST next time to install any hardwood floors. Super professional and very hardworking. Using Reiner, (The Reno Coach) was the best money we spent on our home renovation. Reiner walked us through the renovation process, helped us get drawings, permits, product referrals, ensured we were on the right track and was an honest and very knowledgeable third party to liaise with our general contractor.
