I contracted Insta insulation to insulate my garage as I was converting the garage to a family room. I found the sales person that gave me the quote very professional and accurate with the quote. I wanted to go with closed cell spray foam because it was the most convenient, no vapor barrier needed, etc. The sales person that did the quote was prompt and met on time unlike other contractors I've worked with. The day the work was done they were very prompt and professional as well. After the work was done and 24 hours later when I was able to go in the garage again I inspected the job and was very satisfied. I'm trying to think of something negative to add to this review as no one is perfect but really having a hard time. I guess the only negative I can add is this. In my garage there was a black material covering the brick that was there when I ripped the drywall out. I called the office and the girl there told me I need to rip it out. But being unsure of the answer I called the sales guy and he told me I needed to leave it up. I wasn't sure what to do so I left it. The day the workmen came they said I need to take it out so that the foam can adhere to the brick and framing. Which made sense as the black heavy cardboard material hung there loosely. So the work men took it out for me. This really didn't bother me and is just nitpicking but I figured I needed to say something on the negative side for a balanced review. Still gonna give this rating a 10
