Found RoofRepairs.ca on Homestars. I was very impressed with their ratings and comments so I did not hesitate to give them a call. Brad came out and explained all the problems he saw and what his team would do to make it right. With a 10 year warranty and his assurance that I would not be calling him back, I immediately felt at ease and knew I could trust him. I was really impressed with Brad's professionalism, honesty, patience and abundance of knowledge. The team who completed the repair were skilled 1st class professionals working with utmost attention to details. His team worked very well together and it was nice to see Brad guide them along the way. Some unexpected problems surfaced in the demolition.....floors around the fence posts were rotted, which Brad pointed out and fixed. The original builders put 1 sheet of roofing material down but Brad did 4. Wow, these guys exceeded my expectations at all stages. Brad and his company are a rare find in this industry. They are fantastic to deal with and I highly recommend them 100%. I found Natik Painting on the HomeStars website and called them up because of their great reviews. From initial contact to completion, Natalie, Tony, James and their team was prompt, courteous and trustworthy. I was very pleased with the quote and quality of work and the end result looks amazing. I am particularly hard to please and meticulous so the rating of 9 is due to some minor things I found....closets & baseboard touch ups and tiny paint splatters found on hardwood flooring near baseboards which I had to scrape off. Overall very happy and would recommend Natik Painting for your next paint job.

A drain tube in the cement floor going to the main drain was kinked causing flooding whenever the HVAC system and humidifier were on. Alex assessed the job and was able to fix it the same day. The cement was broken up and a new tube was placed in the trench. Hoses from all systems were intergrated into the new tube. The trench was covered with new cement and the rusty floor drain cover was replaced. Alex was very informative, friendly and efficient. He made sure I was happy with the finished result. Thank you Alex I now don't have to step over 3 tubes that use to lay across the floor going into the drain. I have used DrainCom before and will not hesitate to call in the future. Highly recommend.

I am a perfectionist and this company exceeded my expectations! They offer 24 months guarantee and they truly stand behind it. Some movement occurred (blame mother nature) to the steps so Bill & Terry came out and fixed it right. They even went above and beyond by noticing and fixing some other minor issues. Les from Draincom called and asked if he could come earlier than scheduled. Very friendly, explained all the options and took time to show me as he worked on fixing the problems. I used Draincom before and will not hesitate to call again in the future if I need more plumbing fixes. I did find that the cost was a bit on the high side but I was very pleased with the outcome.
