After reviewing multiple quotes, I hired Canmaxx Systems to replace my garage door opener. The price was unbeatable. David was very courteous. Daniel arrived on time with everything including documents needed to send a mail-in promotion at the time of the install. The work was done nice and clean. The technician was cooperative and assisted with all requests. The only reason I gave them a 9 is because they do not take the garbage away with them. If they do that, its a 10! I would recommend Canmaxx to my friends.

The guys from Pesticon arrived on time and were very professional. Even took the time to go back up to the roof and show me where the problem was. A one-way door was installed to let the squirrel(s) out of the attic. A second visit was made by pesticon after approximately 10 days to remove the door and close everything accordingly. No issues after that. Great professional service.

In short, I got Daniel to do two properties for me. At one property, they forgot to do the dryer vent, which is still not done. At the other property, after completing the duct cleaning, the hole that was cut out to attach the vacuum was not sealed up properly. The tape used to attach the plate and seal the hole was of low quality. The area was not cleaned out to seal the hole afterwards, which is probably why the tape didn't stick and the plate fell. And most importantly, no rivets were used to re-attach the plate to seal the hole. Never got video confirmation of the ducts that were cleaned. When I asked for the receipt, Daniel said he will email them to me. Never did. Followed up via text messages and voicemails, still nothing. He even replied to a text message saying that he will send it to me. Everytime I called him to inquire about when he would be coming to clean out the dryer vent that they left behind, I got the same excuse - "This is the busiest time of the year for us, will get to it asap etc. etc." Save yourself the hassle, and go with someone else. Don't waste your time with HomeSeal.
