After interviewing 8 other companies we decided to try one more, 9's a charm, in hopes that they would understand our vision and execute it in a professional and knowledgeable manner--Permalock Inc. understood it perfectly. Permalock met our budget, design and quality standards. From day one, when the Permalock blue brigade arrived, the team's enthusiasm, punctuality, professionalism, and work ethic was evident. The team always maintained a safe and clean working environment for both themselves and the homeowners. Each step of the process was always discussed with us and all our questions, concerns, changes were addressed. The length of the project extended from the fall to the spring. The tremendous amount of rain in the fall delayed the project despite the team's best intentions to complete before year's end. Our trust in the team held us over the season and they were back, as promised, by March. The team made every effort to ensure that the snowy start to spring did not delay the project once again. In the end we were extremely pleased with our base for the driveway, the actual interlocked driveway, walkways,front porch, backyard patio, concrete pads for one side of the house, wood burning pizza oven and wood burning fireplace; those of which they too were constructed by Permalock. last but not least we had some great laughs during the espresso infused coffee breaks. They are trustworthy, friendly, serious about their work, and knowledgeable about what they build. Jordan and Mike thank you for a job well done, though we have told you many times before.
