Stored a house full of items for several years as I had moved into an apartment. Sentinel has great storage facilities, heated and secure, very accessible bays and easy to maneuver trolleys and elevator, has extremely friendly customer service and very competitive pricing, has the convenience of downtown access but still easy parking and long opening hours.
An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
Staff who did the loading and the unloading were competent, everyone of them. They were very cautious to not damage the building as well as our moving items. In our destination, they moved the items to the rooms we requested. Everything was professionally handled. I have moved many times with professional movers and this is the best move I have ever had done. We had prompt answers to our questions all along. No missing nor broken item. The only issue that arose was with the billing, it received the necessary attention and was solved to our satisfaction.
