We called to have some ductwork reconnected to our furnace from our nursery that was missing. Gus arrived and took a look. Said it was fine but was looking at the ductwork from the kitchen. When my husband said that was from the kitchen he basically said it was Fine and to put a space heater in the nursery. This is for a newborn baby. A space heater is not a solution. When we showed him that air wasn't even coming out of the vent Gus told my husband it was because it had so many turns it wasn't blowing the air as strong as it should be. When we showed him a bag over the vent wasn't even moving he basically said the job was too small for him. Atlas should not send someone out if they aren't willing to do the work. That is terrible customer service. If someone shows up then the job should be done big or small. You would think getting heat to a newborn baby's room would be important enough. Guess not. . We had to hire another company that actually looked and replaced the ductwork that was missing entirely! I would never recommend or use this company ever.
