We had our basement rebuilt after flooding in July 2024. We were waiting for a contractor to be freed up to start our rebuild, when we got a recommendation for this company. They came on a Monday to do an estimate for the job, and started the next day. Everyday they showed up and started on time, when they said they would. They are very hard workers and take pride in their craft. The estimate given was spot on and they were only too happy to accommodate any add-on we threw at them along the way. I couldnt be more impressed and happy with the project from start to finish. We have every intention to hire them again.

We couldnt have been more impressed with Barb and her crew. We needed emergency cleanup from the July floods in Mississauga. Our insurance originally had another contractor as their preferred contractor, and they failed spectacularly, never showing up. Once BC&R was on the job, it was full steam ahead. Barb communicated the procedure and what would happen, before the rest of the crew started. It was HOT for the three days of listing items for disposal, packing up our belongings with great care, tearing out the floors and drywall and sanitizing. They did not stop! We have a deep basement (13 stairs) and they had to climb them with furniture, boxes and construction garbage. I cant remember when I saw a more consistently hard working group of men and women. They were as professional as they were efficient. It was a pleasure to have them in our home to help us out, and we felt that they cared about helping us through it. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to everyone

It is such a relief to hire such an honest, trustworthy company to get the job done right. Jack of all Trees were professional and entertaining. Above all else, they created a very safe felling of our ash tree. They brought their own chipper and were meticulous in their clean-up. They were also a lot of fun. They clearly love what they do. Jack was always available by email and happily answered any questions. I highly recommend!

I was really impressed with Kim when I first called in for a quote and information on their services. Even though we had been trying to tackle the problem on our own for several months, Kim was able to send out a technician in less than 24hours. Ryan was personable, professional and knowledgeable. I felt that Ryan was dedicated to resolving our rodent problem all the while giving us honest and upfront information of what we can expect. I was told that they were a smaller company, yet felt that they gave us the service and attention that you always expect from a larger company, yet never seem to get. I would definitely recommend them for all and any pest control issues, inside and out.
