Brian came to my house timely and very patiently explained all my options. They were able to replace my locks before I moved in. He's very friendly, knowledgeable, and detailed. More importantly, Pre-Lock's price is very procie competitive comparing to other service providers. I was very happy about all the products and services. What impressed me the most is the service post installation. With the weather change, my doors is not as smooth, Brian was able to arrange a service visit (free of charge within warranty period) the next day to fix everything. Very impressed about their service. I highly recommend this comany to anyone who needs to fix/replace their locks or any other security needs.
