This is the third time I've had the pleasure of dealing with Rick. This time for a leaky water spout that turned into a faulty water valve. Rick replied very quickly, and was at my house the following day with part. Very professional, fair, and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend!

Rick diagnosed/fixed the problem within an hour and I haven't had any issues since (approx 3 weeks). Rick is punctual, professional and very knowledgable. Great experience, I would definitely recommend!

The technician (Rafi) was on time, professional and very knowledgeable! The problems was diagnosed and fixed in minimal time. I was given a clear explanation as to what the problem and preventative maintenance tips on how to care for my AC unit moving forward. Would definitely recommend!!
