My furnace broke down on Boxing Day. Nick arrived within an hour and assessed that a new part was required but all stores were closed. He helped me to turn on my electric fireplace so I could have heat in the meantime and also offered to provide floor heaters for my home. He is extremely knowledgeable and the repair was done immediately after the part was able to be picked up. His price was extremely reasonable, parts plus minimum labour. I recommend him highly! Jermaine called me the day before to determine the make and models of my appliances so he could be well prepared. He was running a bit late but notified me well in advance. He came out and diagnosed the problems with my oven and dishwasher, and even helped show me some maintenance on my washer and dryer. He was fantastic and knew his stuff! I would recommend him highly!

Called about a broken front lock and they were there the next day. Ordered a replacement and although that took a bit of time, because it was a special order from the U.S. they installed it perfectly and Lee was great. He only charged for the installation and not for when he came out the first time to check it out. Would recommend highly!!

I had an outlet in a bathroom that was not working. I called Solutions and they sent someone that day.....he was very nice and not only fixed the outlet but put back up the light fixture and tightened two others for me. Excellent service! Thanks.

Pierce got back to me in a reasonable amount of time, quoted the job and then completed the job within the next week. He was professional and courteous the entire time and the price was very good.
