Purair was recommended to us, and deservedly so! From the moment I called to book the appointment, I was favourably impressed. Hollie from customer service was very friendly, and thoroughly explained what was included in the price she quoted. On the day of the appointment, Tyler, the technician, showed up on time. Tyler was very professional, courteous, and did a great job. He explained the process every step of the way and did the work with minimal interruption of our family life. Our air ducts have never been cleaner and I don't have to dust every day anymore! I would highly recommend this company to everyone looking to get their ducts cleaned. While not the cheapest company on the market, the extra cost is well worth it. I will definitely be employing them again in the future.
