Neat and clean workmanship. PASSION - to please customers was genuine and their main focus Thank you Kyle, Pat, Rachel and Steve for an awesome job and the best work I have seen in years. Just replaced most of our windows and patio doors(after shopping around a few months). I received 5 estimates from reputable roofers. 4 were given either by phone or dropped in my mailbox. The other estimates stated a 5yr warranty, while Mega City had 10yr (They also had WSIB). Tom & Chantal visited, went on the roof, described in detail the scope of work, and gave me an estimate which was in the same ballpark as the others. I have always been sceptical with contractors (past experience), but Tom changed all that. Tom and his team which included a 50 yr veteran in roofing,arrived as scheduled, did the job exactly as described (with a couple of extras), cleaned up and left.I was impressed with the morale of the team, the quality of work,the overall attention to detail and GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!. I would recommend Mega City Roofing as I received grat value and service. Thanks Tom & Chantal
