Our furnace was repaired today. The tech called to say he was available earlier than expected and asked if he could arrive sooner. I said yes, and in around an hour he had the Flame Sensor repaired. This call was great. I wanted to mention we had them out just before Thanksgiving as the furnace wasn't running at all. On that call, while the tech did get us up and running, I felt like he was pushing to get out of here and may have missed this issue. I feel if the first tech had been a bit more thorough, we may not have needed a second call. That's the reason my rating isn't higher.

Friendly service, value for the money spent and a high quality job! Kim and Colby are a fantastic team and it's clear they enjoy working together. It was so refreshing to have the owner personally take care of us. They got it done without issue, and took the stress out of our move. Thank you!
