After having researched a number of Duct Cleaning Companies, we have decided to go with The Duct Cleaning Specialist based on all the positive reviews. After the initial call with Paul I knew that I hired the right company based on the wealth of knowledge he provided. The crew arrived on time, extremely professional, and provide us with the various steps during the process, in addition they found a problem in our duct system that a previous inspector did not, they went beyond the call of duty to help troubleshoot and spend extra time with me educating me about the various components. I feel extremely lucky to have hired the right company, the customer experience was very pleasant and the crew is very knowledgeable, and I can tell after the work was completed, we feel the difference in the house.
