I have used Thorman Reno for several years now for different projects inside the house and outside. I have been very satisfied with their work in each project and that's why I turned to Jeff Thorman once again for this task. I had hired another company to replace my wood deck with the new composite/plastic eon deck boards. This product is very hard to work with and to install. We had 2 different people work on it from the first company we hired. The first one was incompetent and the second one stopped showing up in the middle of the project due to its complexity. What was supposed to be a 2 weeks project was still not completed after 2 months. Thankfully, Jeff, who was completing a nursery room project at my house, stepped in and assured me he could take on the deck project and finish it for me. Not only did he stick to his word but he did it within the promised timeline and, once again, made sure that I was very satisfied with the end product and installation. I am so thankful to Jeff and his team that I finally have a deck again and that I can enjoy my garden again after such a stressful summer. I would recommend Thorman Reno to anyone without any hesitation. I especially like the fact that Jeff stays very present and works on the projects as well until completion as opposed to other companies who send their helpers to do the job instead of the person you first spoke to and thought you were hiring.

We have hired Jeff for multiple projects so far. He renovated our 3 bathrooms, installed ceiling trims in our main floor and recently completed our nursery room. I would recommend Thorman Reno to anyone without any hesitation. We were very pleased with the end results of all three projects. Jeff is very professional, conscientious and accommodating in his work. He never left before making sure we were 100% satisfied with his work. I just asked him for an estimate for a deck that I would like to replace. Knowing that I would be in very capable hands is a precious piece of mind.
