Wow, we had the exact same problem as the earlier review. Sales rep came by VERY QUICKLY and then service STOPS DEAD!!! We changed our brick colour several days after sales rep came as we went to the wholesaler to see and decided on another colour - sales rep not much help choosing colour from catalogue. Contacted sales rep immediately and asked him to call back for confirmation that he was in receipt of new brick colour. Finally called back several days later and confirmed. After 4 weeks no show, no phone calls, nothing! I finally called and had to rant and rave at the owner and told him not to bother coming if they were not there by the following Tuesday/Wednesay - this was a Friday. I asked him why no phone calls to let us know what is happening and he said "they are too busy"!!!! That was not a good response, let me assure you, and I told him as much in no uncertain terms - get your order, get your deposit - and we'll show up when we feel like - give me a break!!!! They delivered the bricks on Tuesday - WRONG COLOUR - just lucky I was home as I told the delivery man to take them back - then he tried to explain that they would look great with my home - since when do delivery men become designers????? He just did not want to put them back on the truck. 20 minutes later the crew shows up to dig - good thing I was there because I practically had to design it for them - gave them the salesman's diagram but even then it was iffy. Hello Deb - Oakville, Sounds like you had a poor experience with us. I am very sorry to hear that, however there are a few things I can help clear up. From the sounds of it your installation was in peak season. Unfortunately during April - July there are a lot of people who have to wait 4-6 weeks to get their project done. We do our best to get to the next project in line but just like anyone else we are also battling things such as weather, roadblocks in current installs, etc. As for the incorrect colour of your brick that can happen from time to time as it is shipped directly from the brick manufacturer to the address on the order. This is not something that is done on purpose from either the manufacturer or us, the installer. Also, the "Delivery Man" is no way associated with us and could have very well been wrong about the colours matching your home, however I don't know his educational background so I can not speculate.
