Dmitry was very good in quickly responding to inquiry, creating a quote and delivering the final product exactly within the estimated time and budget. He did a very good job in matching the grain of tiles. We are very happy with our stylish contemporary bathroom.
Four skylights on the 3rd floor
Couple years ago Andy changed skylight in our kitchen, and when time came to replace four skylights on the 3rd floor we didn't even bother looking for alternatives, simply called Andy. He promptly came to our house, gave quote, and time frame for installation. In the summer he was very busy but well worth the wait. We now have four new beautiful skylights, and neighbors are asking for Andy's contact info.
Non installation of the windows
We won't recommend this company for your windows. We've ordered several windows and door thru company's dealer on Sept 25. After one delay the installation was scheduled on Nov 8, however just a day prior to the installation dealer said that windows are not ready and they don't know when they will be ready, and that it is factory's fault. Looks like everything is manufacturer's fault: complex design (when is arch part of the window became complicated?), late notification and uncertainty about the day when the windows will be ready (now it is end of November). We've asked for deposit to be returned or at least partial fulfillment of the order, waiting to hear the confirmation. Dealer refuses to return the deposit.

Skylight replacement in the kitchen
After thorough research and several quotes, we hired Andy to replace the skylight in our kitchen. Andy gave us competitive quote (although not the lowest), promptly ordered the product and schedule installation, showed up when he said he would, did an excellent and job and then more. We are enjoying our new skylight, and we'll not hesitate to hire him again to replace few more next year.
We purchased Sofia bedroom set from Frini's last year. They weren't willing to put the entire amount on the credit card, so we had to apply for additional credit load. Issues after delivery, even after polishing it, left the visible scratch mark on the front of the armour. Just a year and five days later, one of bed frame's legs snapped (was sold to us as a "best" bed frame), within this year multiple spots on bed's foot board veneer appeared, door on the drawer weren't close, the hardware around armour key holes is loose, which will cause for it to leave the scratch. Instead of replacing the frame and fixing the issues (forget compensation), they want to charge $125 for a service call. Never again going to Frini's
