V. Hark from Maple Ridge

We had Diverse install flooring in our mudroom and laundry /bathroom. The floors were pretty uneven and we were concerned about how expensive it would be to have them levelled. We need not have worried as from the first visit to the Showroom Shawn was very helpful and suggested the same product we wanted but in another colour that was on clearance price and that worked for us as seniors it is always nice to save money. Shawn came out to measure up and as we wanted an accurate cost of the floor levelling, Brian the installer came to our home to get a better idea of what was involved. It was also suggested that we had both projects done at the same time which would also save us more money on the installation as both areas are small. We were very happy with the quote that also included having the baseboard installed by Diverse. Brian and AJ were wonderful and completed the work very efficiently. We are very happy with our new floors and should we require any flooring in the future will definitely choose them again. Thanks to the rest of the Diverse team as well for also being so helpful .

Having done some research into various companies in terms of quality of product and reputation we selected Longlife windows and doors to replace all the windows, 2 patio doors and the front door in our house. Their quotation was comparable in price though not the cheapest and their supplier Vinyltek appeared to have a product of good quality. Longlife also had the method of installation that we wanted. The fact that they did not require a deposit was also a consideration. The lead time was somewhat long, but not a problem, and they were flexible in finding a date that suited us. The installation time was slightly underestimated but, again, not a problem as we were more concerned with quality. The installation crew of Bernard and his son Sean arrived when they said they would and gave a sense of confidence. Despite this being an old house they did not seem to have any problems that they could not overcome and their work was of the highest quality. This particularly applied to the new front door which required the aperture to be adjusted. The attitude of both Bernard and Sean was professional at all times and we would not hesitate to use them or Longlife again.
