I needed to move a couple blocks in downtown Toronto between two condos. I had a free 'onsite consultation' to asses the move. They said it was easy and could get it done in the elevator booking time I had indicated. They showed up late, disorganized, may have got 40% of the loading job done in my window and only because I stepped in and forcefully instructed them to stop prepping and get stuff out. I had to move the rest myself later that day. A lot of very poor judgement calls on their part, I would not trust them again. I had directly asked during the onsite pre-visit if supplies were included in the final quote they gave me, they said yes. When I went to sign the invoice of course it had increased 30% for supplies. This may have been a communication error as they indicated it was, but too many things went wrong with this move for me to be remotely forgiving.

I have been using Clean My Space for some time and have found them to provide adequate service for my needs. Tomas ensures that my place is reset every two weeks and I never have to worry about the detailed cleaning in my place. It would be hard to live without now.
