We travel a fair amount and, like everyone, are concerned about the increasing rates of property crime in Calgary so felt we needed to improve our home security. Following an initial consultation with them, we hired TAV Group to install and integrate a variety of security features at our house. It was a mix of Google, Nest and Wyze products including doorbell camera, an electronic deadbolt, two outdoor security cameras (one wired and one attached to a solar panel) and a Google hub to run them all from as well as on our phones. They offered the option to purchase our own hardware to take advantage of sales and discounts from different suppliers or to supply the products of our choice themselves. We opted to purchase our own (hence the mix of different products). The installation team came promptly when we let them know all our orders had arrived and the installation was done quickly and very professionally and at a very fair price. This included integrating all the hardware with our devices and the hub, including indoor smart plugs, thermostat, smoke/carbon monoxide detectors and speakers we already had, helping us set up/update our accounts and showing us how to use them all. We are very impressed with how knowledgeable and pleasant TAV Group was to work with and the final results offer us tremendous peace of mind, especially when we are away from home. I can't recommend this company too highly.

Absolutely horrible and unreliable company - avoid! They failed to do the work after demanding a 50% deposit and now refuse to refund the deposit following cancellation of the contract. Highly unethical and unreliable. Avoid at all costs.

Truly excellent results. The old window was nearly falling out of its frame from dry rot. Gienow custom made and installed a new, much nicer looking window including new sills, vinyl frames, triple paned open out sides with screens and decorative munton bars. From the initial visit by the extremely knowledgeable and courteous estimator, to the promptly followed visit from the installer to take careful measurements, to the install in just a few hours, the results are near perfect. I am extremely impressed by Gienow's customer service, their range of products, their ability and willingness to customize the install, competitive price point and the end results - a beautiful (from the inside and out) new big bay window that is energy efficient and maintenance free. I couldn't be happier. We've now contracted for two sets of patio doors with absolute confidence in Gienow and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this great Calgary company.

Very, very pleased with the results. We resurfaced the counters in 3 bathrooms and two were nasty 25 year old cultured marble. The new granite finish looks fantastic and is the easiest and most cost effective method possible for updating a tired bathroom. At the same time, two bathtubs and tile surrounds were re-glazed and also look brand new - much easier than trying to replace them! The work was done quickly and cleanly. I was very impressed with how well they protected the rest of the house and cleaned up after the project. Extremely courteous, professional and prompt service with fabulous results. I found the pricing to be very fair and I am overall just delighted with the results. Tim Lambert and his crew are a real pleasure to work with.
