We hired Al Parsons Electronics (Garage Doors) after getting a few quotes for a new installation to replace an older door and hardware. After an unexpected delay, they sent someone to complete the installation. Al Parsons brought the incorrect decorative door hardware and had ordered the wrong window insert. They had also failed to inform us about the damage they would be making to our door frame, thereby requiring us to purchase more products from them. The job had not been completed the first time as they had to re-order the correct parts/products. A couple months delay later, they showed up to remedy the initial installation problems and to bring the correct parts and products. Causing some damage to the new door, it was finally installed properly, even though they required us to make the adjustments to their installation. Would not recommend this company as the owner refused to acknowledge their errors or to follow up with us - ever. Very disappointing. Some of the screws installed are already rusting (within 30 days of the installation).

This company is now under investigation with the City of Ottawa and has an "F" rating with the Better Business Bureau due to numerous complaints being registered against them. The destroyed the grass and street in front when paving the laneway and even drove over the neighbours' property several times, causing excessive damage. They were also verbally abusive to a bystander. Would never deal with them again. Do not recommend!

This company does not care about the customer, their neighbours, or the lawn. They regularly mow the lawn when wet, out of convenience to their schedule, and disturb neighbours by beginning very early in the morning. They use big industrial equipment rather than taking the care to do the job well. Very unsatisfactory. They also charge well in excess of good local companies. A rip off and bad service.

We are pleased to be able to highly recommend Michel of The One Roofing. In spite of being very busy with other projects, he found time to come by and assist us with a faulty installation from another roofer. He fixed our leaky roof quickly and efficiently (we had 6 or 7 leaks in different areas) and for a very reasonable cost. We can't thank him enough for his fantastic, knowledgeable, and professional service.
