Craig and his team were outstanding from start to finish. He provided an honest assessment of the work involved and his price was very reasonable. He cut down and removed broken branches from our 2 pine trees that had been damaged during a wind/snow storm and actually went above and beyond the scope of the work by cleaning up all of the debris that had fallen from the trees over the winter. He is very professional and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to recommend Craig for any tree services and will definitely call on him again if we need more work on our trees. We had the pleasure of working with Prestige Woodworking as part of the renovation of the main floor of our house. Initially, we were not intending to renovate our kitchen because we thought it was still in relatively good shape, but after much arm-twisting by our contractor who could see our kitchen’s potential and how a new kitchen would be important for our overall plan, we agreed to meet with Peter of Prestige Woodworking. Peter was tasked with coming up with a design and quality workmanship that could convince us our existing kitchen could be improved upon. He surpassed our expectations. We were immediately impressed with Peter’s design ideas and options. Importantly, he was very easy to work with, and nothing was too much trouble. Peter paid great attention to every detail and offered high quality work. He has high standards for his work and is committed to customer satisfaction. We then asked Peter to design the framing and mantle for our new gas fireplace, and again, Peter did not disappoint. From start to completion, our experience with Natanael and NPC Renovations has been extraordinary, exceeding well beyond our expectations in every way. Natanael greatly impressed us from our first meeting with him, when he arrived precisely on time. It was quickly apparent that he was extremely knowledgable, professional, and patient. We live in a home that is 100 years old and were interested in a complete renovation of our entire main floor. Such a renovation entailed such things as the removal of walls and the construction of new support beams, the demolition of our old fireplace and the addition of a new gas fireplace, a new kitchen and peninsula, and new hardwood flooring, done in a way that modernized yet preserved the character of our home. Natanael had great structural and design ideas for the various aspects of the job, and his quote was extremely competitive and fair. He provided a very detailed contract and timeline which he stuck to. He quickly earned our trust. Natanael takes great pride in his work, and has very high standards. All of the work was completed on time because he and his crew made sure of it. We are absolutely delighted with the end result of our renovation. It is beautiful and far surpasses our expectations.
