This review is long overdue. Francisco refinished the floors in our home at the beginning of the year. From answering our many questions before he started, to working to ensure that we were happy with the new colour, to the very high quality of work and care his team put in to protecting the rest of our home, we were VERY impressed with everything. We wouldn’t use anyone else for future floor work.

Alon and Debbie were amazing to work with! They were extremely patient with all my questions, and honest when asked for opinions on fabric and hardware finishings. It was especially kind of Alon to point out safety hazards with our existing window treatments and fixing them for us, knowing we have 3 small children.

We have a baby on the way and wanted to ensure that the ducts were cleaned. We called primarily based on other Homestars reviews, and could not be happier. Mark and Marlon were great, left no mess, and only sold us the services we actually needed. We will definitely be calling in a few years for them to return. Highly recommend this company! Our garage would not open/close properly. I called and they were great. They came at a time that was convenient for me, and fixed the problem quickly. Price was very fair as well. I would definitely recommend them.

Amazing service. I was prepared to have the whole house sprayed because small ants were getting in. They arrived and told me that the problem seemed to only be outside, so I should just have the outside done. If it persists they would come back and do the inside. They saved me a bit of money by giving an honest opinion. I would definitely use recommend!

I called George because of the great Homestars reviews. We were moving into our home and wanted to install a gas line and new stove. We weren't sure if going along the side of the house or through our finished basement was best. George and his father came over, and were VERY honest about everything. They ended up going through the basement ceiling, but kept the area super clean. George is knowledgeable and does a wonderful job. Don't hesitate to give him a call, I would definitely use him in the future!

Initially hired them to do a move in cleaning. House looked great until I really started checking (above fridge, on top of cabinets etc. not cleaned at all). Ray was very apologetic and offered a free home cleaning. I hired them to come every other week, and in 2 weeks had 2 problems. 1) Rather than picking up and moving something off a table they slid it over, scratching the surface. It was a brand new table, so I'm sure it wasn't there beforehand. 2) We came home to a soaked carpet and leather coffee table. The vase of flowers was mysteriously empty on the coffee table. They "swear on their children" it wasn't them. Given they were the only people in the house that day, it must have been a ghost that spilled the vase. Mistakes happen, but at least hang the rug to dry, instead of trying to cover it up and leave it sitting on the floors, which could rot. All cleaners make mistakes, but when you try to cover up the problem instead of fixing it, I no longer trust you to be alone in my home. You are paying a premium to have this company clean your home, but are getting no more than if you hired an amateur and paid $10/hr. Overall they do a decent job, but nothing that the average house cleaner can't do. I don't think the job they do justifies their cost. At $10-$15hr go with them, but they aren't worth their "premium price".
