We live in a 100 year old house so it's not always easy to renovate. Two rooms upstairs (bathroom and a bedroom) were never insulated. One wall in each room is exposed to the outside of the house creating cold temperatures in winter and hot temperatures in each room in the summer. I contacted Rob at Rob's Reno's Inc. and he arranged a convenient time to give me a quote. Rob brought a crew into our house within the week. Within a few days they had completed the demo of the two walls, build a new frame, embedded the insulation, and installed new drywall. In less than a week the taping and sanding was completed. All garbage taken away and his cleaner vacuumed the working area. Rob was always responsive when I tried to contact him with questions, day or night. His crew were very professional, organized and pleasant when approached. I am very please with the decision to hire Rob's Reno's and am planning to use his crew again in the near future for some additional work. We have already seen a positive difference in our upstairs as the colder weather has appeared. Thanks Rob, we look forward to hiring your crew again in the near future.

It is very important when it comes to renovations to take the time to sit down and figure out the finances in which you can afford to make your home a better place to live, as well as to spend your money wisely to save your money later in the future. You will notice your furnace will now not have to work so hard to heat the house in the winter, nor will your a/c work as hard to cool the upstairs and this is where the money you spent on these renovations you will get back from lower monthly bills.
