Hi. From this reviews I can tell that my experience is not exceptional. Seems like everything against this company - bonds, hurricanes, long weekends. But it's never their fault. My story - we had a deal with Absolute van lines, but multi city came to our door. Load was fine, but then we got our staff delayed for 2 weeks. My wife and 1 year old baby had to sleep on a floor. Company did not respond to phone calls and finally told us that delay caused by long weekend. Did your driver sit in a hotel in a middle of alberta for long weekend and not driving? Again, it takes max 7 days to drive from Toronto to Edmonton if you doing 8 hours a day 80 km/h. Not 20 days. They charged us extra 150 to come on a second floor during unload????? They did not assemble furniture. They refused to deliver a piano we paid for. Actually we paid extra twice for it - piano fee and per each staircase on load and unload. We brought complains. Representative in Edmonton simply hang up on me. Lots of damage - photos available if somebody interested. Funny thing is only boxes damaged are boxes marked FRAGILE in red @. So now on a top of everything I will have to spend money bringing my piano I paid for. Btw, they wanted to charge us money to bring piano back to warehouse after they refused to deliver it. Now collecting data and going to small claim court. No effort was taken by them to resolve any issues we have. They broke contract multiple times. Anybody had same experience and living in Edmonton is welcome to join me in a court. Btw, seems like they doing well on local Ontario moves... Strange

Long story short. They got late more then 2 weeks. They charged us extra 150 $-said they not gonna unload truck ir we wouldn't pay extra 150 for them. Reason - they have to use stairs to come on a second floor. Appartment right next to stairs same is building entrance. They refused to assemble the furniture even we handed them tools. They refused to bring piano said they dont have equipment! But how did they load it in a truck then? Lots of damage. Funny thing that most damage is on a boxes marked FRAGILE. Edmonton office simply hang up on me when I called and asked about assembling the furniture. Now I have to pay extra money to get my piano from their warehouse.
