Marnie Amodeo sold us our system. She visited our home twice and patiently answered all of our many questions about models, efficiencies and cost comparisons. She answered our emails and calls. She did not try to sell us anything we did not need. The advertised specials for our total system costs were about $1,000.00 less than other competitors. The installers Kamil and John were excellent - on time, professional, shoes off, efficient, answered our questions - solved our exterior venting problem beautifully for a few extra dollars. We are completely satisfied and would highly recommend Convertible Heating to our family and friends without hesitation.
