We placed a call to Mr. Plumber around 4:30 pm. Vlad, the owner, called back half an hour or so later. He listened to the problem, gave me a rough estimate, and promised they would get in touch to arrange an appointment. They actually did... and Igor showed up (friendly, smart, competent) and proceeded to assess the situation, and take apart various wet & tired mechanisms to see what was needed – then drove to the store and returned with the required parts, shut off the water, and got to work. It is now 7:30pm (the same day), and everything is fixed. Plus, I know I can call for help when I need it, and trust that it will be fast and dependable. Finally, please note that I was charged $100 less than the original estimate on the phone.
