STAY CLEAR OF COVENTRY HOMES!!!!!! I purchased a new home from them and it has been a nightmare! Many of the issues are hidden behind walls or underground. I have a sewer line sag that is 30' long(improperly installed and will cost $20,000 to fix or I have to snake my line every year to keep it clean), mold in main bathroom(improper installation of shower faucet cover which slowly let water drop onto the ceiling below) and missing vapor barrier. these are the worst issues that I'm bringing to everyone's attention. Contacted owner, warranty manger and numerous people at Coventry with no help. They told me that I needed to find this in the first year and therefore it is not covered by warranty. These things were installed incorrectly from day one therefore should be covered.I could write a book about all the things I found in my house that were incorrect the do not meet code. Very disappointed in how this all turned out. Very unprofessional. Not recommended.
